The Center for Skin Surgery, Wexford, PA

The physician is a MOHS surgeon, a particular type of skin cancer surgery. The spatial requirements for the patient rooms, laboratory and waiting area were highly specialized to suit the needs of this specific practice. There were also general office requirements such as billing, staff break room, doctor’s office and reception. We designed two offices for this particular practice. After the doctor was not able to negotiate a favorable lease for the first space, we designed the second space in a different building to keep her on schedule. Due to our coordination with the landlord and the construction team, the physician was able to move in on schedule. The reviews from the doctor and the patients have been positive.
