South Hills Addition No. 2

This project was phased to meet the Owner’s needs. The first phase was contained within the existing house and included the complete renovation of two Bedrooms into one large Master Suite. The Master Suite provides a retreat from the pressures of the day with a spacious shower and whirlpool bath. A Dressing/Closet Area which is separate from the Sleeping Area allows one person to dress for their day without disturbing the other. The second phase was a two-story Addition which included: a Basement Exercise/Playroom with a Patio connection to the yard for children, an expanded Laundry, and a new stair to the 1st Floor; and a spacious, 1st Floor Family Room with a Patio for adults and a complete Kitchen/Den renovation. The Owners enjoy entertaining their friends at home. The configuration of space in the Addition allows adults and children to enjoy each others company in spaces which are suited to their needs.
